Our concept of "Re:Meeting" stems from rethinking how enterprise people manage their time and mental energy not just by scheduling meetings easily, but by dynamically reducing manual coordination friction. Existing calendar tools (Google Calendar, Outlook) are static, they only record events but don’t adapt to real-time changes or understand work context. The agent autonomously helps users schedule meetings with coworkers based on real-time context. When conflicts arise, it flexibly reschedules them by analyzing priorities and dependencies. At the team level, it synchronizes schedules across coworkers, finding overlapping availability windows so collaboration feels effortless.
